How To Nail the Look:
1. Start with a clear base coat
2. Apply two coats of OPI ‘Black Onyx’
3. Apply two off-centered stripes of Betsey Johnson for Sephora by OPI ‘Sparkling Personality’
4. Apply top coat and dry
